Hi,
In editing, and again, the crud always brings me back to the date the lesser of 11 HOURS
Why?

Do you have different timezones while starting your server and in Control Panel?

It is as you say.
In the control panel the timezone(site and user) was -11 hours

So you should unify those timezones (webapp server and Liferay) to be both the same.
